UK Delivery

We deliver across England, Wales, Scotland and other UK areas served by APC at a reasonable courier rate. Delivery availability is determined by your postcode at checkout. Some remote, offshore and higher-cost areas may not be available, or may have different delivery charges and delivery times.

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 working days. As our kombucha is perishable, we mainly dispatch from Monday to Wednesday to reduce the risk of parcels being held in transit over the weekend. Orders placed later in the week may therefore be dispatched the following Monday.

We normally use APC’s next-working-day service after dispatch. This is an estimated service rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Remote areas and certain postcodes may take longer.

Our kombucha is a live, naturally fermented product. We package orders to help keep them protected and cool in transit, but parcels may not remain refrigerated throughout delivery.

Please refrigerate your kombucha as soon as it arrives. Keep bottles chilled and follow the best-before and storage information printed on each bottle.

If a delivery is delayed, damaged, warm on arrival, or otherwise unsuitable, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the parcel and bottles.
